Step 1 β€” Open the App Open the RedRob Signal app and tap on "Complete KYC"

Step 2 β€” Enter Your Email ID Enter your registered Email ID linked to your RedRob Signal account

Step 3 β€” Enter Your Mobile Number Enter your mobile number linked to your Aadhaar card

Step 4 β€” OTP Verification You will receive an OTP on your Aadhaar linked mobile number β€” enter it to continue

Step 5 β€” DigiLocker Verification You will be redirected to DigiLocker β€” log in and make sure:

βœ… Your Aadhaar card is uploaded on DigiLocker βœ… Your PAN card is uploaded on DigiLocker βœ… You have ticked the consent box for both documents

Step 6 β€” Submit Once consent is given tap on "Submit" to complete your KYC

Step 7 β€” Wait for Confirmation β€” You will receive a confirmation notification on the app once verified βœ…

2. πŸ’° TDS Deduction Under Section 194BA of the Indian Income Tax Act, a mandatory 30% TDS is deducted from all rewards on skill-based platforms. This is a statutory requirement. The deducted amount is remitted to the government and can be verified via Form 16A issued quarterly through TRACES.

3. ⏳ 90-Day Verification Window You have a 90-day window from sign-up to complete PAN verification and redeem your rewards. If not completed within this period, your redemption request may lapse and rewards could become unavailable. Complete KYC as soon as possible to avoid missing out.

4. πŸ‘₯ Referral Bonus β€” Both Sides Must Verify To redeem referral rewards, both the referrer and the referred user must complete PAN & Aadhaar verification. If either side has not completed KYC, the referral reward will remain locked until both are fully verified.

5. πŸ“… Weekly Challenge Rewards Weekly Challenge rewards are redeemable from the 10th of the following month. (Example: May challenges β†’ redeemable from June 10th)

6. 🚫 Fraudulent Accounts Accounts flagged for fraudulent activity will have reward redemption permanently restricted β€” both for previously earned and future rewards, without exception.

Q1. When will I be able to redeem my gift card? Gift card redemption will be available only after your PAN & Aadhaar verification is successfully completed. Once verified, redemption is expected to open in early June. These are our target dates and we're working hard to hit them.
Q2. I have reached the KYC verification limit. What do I do? Our system allows a maximum of 10 KYC verification attempts for security and fraud prevention. If all the attempts has exhausted please contact support. Q3. How much TDS will be deducted from my rewards? Under Section 194BA of the Indian Income Tax Act, a mandatory 30% TDS is deducted from all rewards on skill-based platforms. Q4. My referral reward is locked. Why? Both the referrer and the referred user must complete PAN & Aadhaar verification. The referral reward stays locked until both sides are fully verified β€” no exceptions. Q5. My gift card is stuck on "Processing". What do I do? Nothing!! just wait. Your reward is safely recorded and will be delivered automatically. Please do not re-submit or re-claim.
